OUR STORY

SOLUTIONS IN SILVICULTURE

Billy Gruff Silviculture was established in 2013 and has grown from just 4 employees surveying mountain pine beetle to having employed over 70 people across multiple projects in the last year. After several years of renting a small office space in Hinton, AB, the company is proud to establish a new base of operations on a farm acreage just minutes from Edson, AB. Our company is capable of taking on any mid sized silviculture project and has successfully completed multiple Alberta A&F MPB Survey and Control, BC Hydro Site C Falling/Slashing, BCWS Fire Fighting and Fire Smart Projects over the last year.

We believe that by operating on a medium scale, maintaining low overhead, implementing effective management systems and by being committed to a company culture that values and respects our employees, clients, communities and environment, we can offer both exciting employment opportunities for workers and an excellent service to our clients at competitive prices.
